The room had a lovely view, and the lobby offered a relaxing ambiance with its water features. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was diverse and satisfying.

During our two-night stay, we faced several problems. We were unexpectedly charged numerous fees that were not disclosed beforehand. The TV in our first room lacked proper cable channels, and we had to switch rooms due to a broken toilet and an unreliable key scanner. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, only connecting for a few seconds at a time, which made our stay very frustrating.

However, check-in was frustrating due to waiting for a second room that wasn't ready, and the $13 parking fee felt excessive, especially with the lack of security warnings posted at the entrance. Additionally, the room had a slight odor, which detracted from the overall experience.

I loved the hotel's easy access to Presidio Park, just a short walk away, which allowed me to enjoy scenic views while strolling through the trails. It was great to find Islands Sushi & PuPu Bar just around the corner for a delicious meal after a day of exploring.
